Online Specialist

Job Description

The Online Coordinator invests approximately 100% of his/her time for online/social media. Online Coordinator report to Marketing or Sales Manager/Managing Director and will have a dotted line to the Online Manager EMEA.
The Online Coordinator should work as a coordinator for online presence in all local initiatives together with key online stakeholders in the local organization (Marketing Manager & Sales Manager). The target is to strong Online presence in all market’s activities.

The Online Coordinator should also be making sure that all Oriflame employees on a regular basis use Oriflame website and Social Media channels in order to understand the Online Tools.
Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing Management
Participate in development of the Energy Chart/Commercial Calendar for market, with activities that support them online.
Participate in the development of sales and marketing campaigns, aimed at Leaders, Consultants and end-consumers.
Sales and Marketing Support
Secure implementation of Global/Regional materials provide by Online Teams
Ensure all updates of tools are implemented and all guidelines are followed
Maintenance and updating of local websites content
Make sure campaign sites work and are updated
Planning and implementation of country-specific e-mail campaigns
Monitoring
Monitoring and follow of online statistics: visits, visitors, online registration, etc.
Monitoring competition on market: new products, market specific information sharing, legislation, trends follow-up, etc.
Link between Region and market in all Online communication
Securing smooth information flow to market and from market in all Online topics/issues. (Best practices, reports, surveys, ad hoc info i.e. information outside normal Oriflame processes.)
Desired Skills & Experience

Education in Computer Sciences/Marketing or verification of corresponding practice and skills
Very good understanding of Online-Marketing Markets and their trends
Sound knowledge of SEO, SEM, Affiliate Management, Social Media with basic understanding of internet technologies and new media
Very good knowledge of Web-Analysis Tools (Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, etc.)
Experience with CMS (Content Management Systems) as well as editing of websites
Secure understanding of MS Office applications as well as common Graphics programmers
Analytical skills and Business mindset
Ability to work in an independent and structured manner
Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Excellent language skills for the markets
High sense of responsibility
Takes joy in improvements processes such as the introduction of ideas that support promotional activities
