المهام الوظيفيه
• تنفيذ وإعداد الميزانية و الحسابات الختامية و التقارير و القوائم المالية و المحاسبية
• تنفيذ نظم العمل المالي و المحاسبي و اللوائح و السلطات المالية و التوجيه المحاسبي لكافة أذونات الصرف و الإيرادات و المدفوعات و المقبوضات و التسويات علي اختلاف أنواعها للتأكد من اتفاقها مع نظم العمل المعمول بها و العرف المحاسبي
• عمل التسهيلات الائتمانية و القروض البنكية
• متابعة موقف الضرائب و إعداد و مناقشة المشاكل المتعلقه به و حضور اللجان
• تنفيذ إجراء خطة الجرد للأصول الثابتة و المتداولة و الإشراف علي تنفيذها بفعالية
• عمل المستخلصات ومتابعتها من مراجعة المستخلصات / عمل تسويات يومية / استخراج الشيكات.
• بناء قاعدة معلومات في مجال عمله وعرض اهم تحليلاتها ونتائجها على الرئيس المباشر

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Prepare weekly price lists in co-ordination with the Product Managers
... • Ensure Product Managers provide the MD approval on the prescribed pricing escalation template
• Highlight to IT if any system issue is faced during the order release & get it resolved before approving them irrespective of the urgency
• Actively engage vendors in product discussions and pricing negotiations.
• Confirm all cost and vendor information on customer orders to ensure correct carrier orders and acceptable margin.
• Act as a liaison between our vendors and the Sales, Orders, Provisioning teams as needed to move quotes/orders forward effectively.
• Assist in all vendor or pricing inquiries from sales, operations and finance.
Requirements:
• SAP Background is a must.
• At least 2- years of professional experience (preferably Telecommunication background).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English proficiency.
