Customer Service / Call Center Interview Tips:
To pass these interviews, some companies examine the candidates by written and/or oral tests.
Written exams include English tests & other questions about Customer Service & IQ. You writing & typing skills are also examined for emails.
Then a face to face interview is conducted to check your language proficiency & fluency.
Oral exams includes a 'phone test'....which is usually the hard part. You will be asked to go through a test using a phone system where you will hear an automatic system and follow the Instructions.
You will be asked to repeat the words you hear, listen to a story and repeat it in few seconds and this will be done by diffident people with different accents to know your ability in understanding all accents !
