Payroll Supervisor

Job Duties:

Supervises Payroll representatives, ensuring that all processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner.Operates as the subject matter expert and escalation point to resolve issues and continuously looks for improvements in operational processes and designs and implements those initiatives.

Optimizes the contribution of the team through coaching, counseling and implements workable solutions to business issues/problems with minimum referral to management.

Conducts work planning, estimation and prioritization to optimize performance of team and works with Payroll Manager to define standards for Payroll operations.

Manages effective internal/external client relationships within own area of responsibility

Provide guidance to and shares knowledge with colleagues/team members relating to own specialization.

Train team members on new or enhanced operation procedures and policies.

Identify process improvement initiatives and define standards for new processes.

Keeping up to date with government changes and legislation

Ensuring all processes are documented, reviewed and updated regularly

Adhoc reporting as required


Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience.

Experience with HRIS payroll system (preferably HITS).

Ability to effectively supervise team members and work as a member of that team and organize work activities for other members of that team.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas, data and results in an easy to understand format

15750 فرصة عمل بقطاع الملابس الجاهزة و1900 للكيماوية و1600 للغذائية و500 للهندسية و150 للمعدنية و100 بقطاع الطباعةفى إطار جهود الحكومة المصرية لتلبية إحتياجات القطاع الخاص من العمالة الماهرة والمساهمة فى خفض معدلات البطالة ودفع عجلة الإقتصاد القومى وتحت رعاية المهندس حاتم صالح وزير الصناعة والتجارة الخارجية والسيد/ خالد الأزهرى وزير القوى العاملة والهجرة يعلن مجلس التدريب الصناعى بالتعاون مع المجلس التصديرى للملابس الجاهزة عن توفير 20 ألف فرصة عمل للعمالة الفنية بالقطاع الخاص فى بعض محافظات الجمهورية من خلال "البرنامج القومى للتدريب من أجل التشغيل" على أن يتحمل المجلسان تكاليف التدريب والتأهيل بالكامل.ويتيح كل من مجلس التدريب الصناعى والمجلس التصديرى للملابس الجاهزة الـ20 ألف فرصة عمل فى عدد من القطاعات الصناعية وهى الملابس الجاهزة 15750 فرصة عمل ، وقطاع الصناعات الكيماوية 1900 فرصة عمل ، والصناعات الغذائية 1600 فرصة عمل ، والصناعات الهندسية 500 فرصة عمل ، والصناعات المعدنية 150 فرصة عمل ، وقطاع الطباعة 100 فرصة عمل وذلك بكل من القاهرة والجيزة (السادس من أكتوبر) وبنى سويف والمنيا وسوهاج و الإسكندرية والشرقية (العاشر من رمضان) والقليوبية (العبور) وبورسعيد ودمياط.وتلتزم المصانع التى يتم التعيين بها بتوفير متوسط راتب 1000 جنيه شهريا ، إلى جانب توفير إنتقالات من وإلى محل العمل للمناطق الصناعية البعيدة وتوفير مكان للسكن للعمالة من المناطق البعيدة فى بعض المناطق الصناعية .ويشترط للتقديم أن يكون المتدرب مصرى الجنسية وسنه من 18إلى 35 سنة وأن يجيد القراءة والكتابة ولا يعمل وقت إلتحاقه بالتدريب ولديه القدرة على العمل والرغبة فى الإستمرار به لمدة لا تقل عن عام ، كما يجب أن يكون موقفه من الخدمة العسكرية الإتمام أو الإعفاء أو التأجيل .وجدير بالذكر أنه على الشباب الراغبين لشغل هذه الوظائف التقدم بتسجيل بياناتهم فى النموذج المعد لذلك بمكاتب التشغيل التابعة لوزارة القوى العاملة بالمحافظات السابقة الذكر أو الاتصال بالخط الساخن التابع للوزراة رقم 19468، كما يمكن لشركات القطاع الخاص المتوفر لديها فرص عمل والراغبة فى الاشتراك فى "البرنامج القومى للتدريب من أجل التشغيل" إرسال بريد إلكترونى على habdelkhalek@imc-egypt.org للحصول على نموذج طلب العمالة.
