For a global transportation and logistics services company.
JOB PURPOSE
2.Lead and direct strategic planning for logistics
3.Contribute to the development of the Logistics product and generate new business
EXPERIENCE: 5 yrs. in a MANAGERIAL POSOTION in logistics, supply chain & warehouse operations IS A MUST !
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Responsible for the solution creation and implementation for special requirement logistics projects.
2.Oversee day-to-day operations of finished goods and raw material warehouse. Directs the operations of the warehouse team to achieve objectives.
3.Oversees warehousing activities to ensure processes and procedures are understood and followed; oversees warehouse compliance for inventory management, cycle counting, product handling, and other services as required.
4.Keep stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements.
5.Resolve problems concerning logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
6.Consistently promote a strong corporate culture, quality and high performance work teams.
7.Meet or exceed established goals relative to on-time delivery and shipping accuracy performance for customer shipments
8.Improve operational efficiencies to increase ability to process customer orders using both systems and physical improvements.
9.Recommends and ensures the implementation of changes and enhancements as necessary.
10.Schedules, directs and coordinates logistics functions according to existing documented policies and procedures to ensure they are in place and followed.
11.Ensures technology is properly and fully utilized to achieve the full benefit to the customer and the company.
12.Oversees the requests and acquisition of storage systems, warehouse equipment, and other materials including designs, comparing offers and implementation work to make sure the right equipment are available at the right price.
13.Prepare customer proposals and pricing in response to their RFPs or selling opportunity.
14.Coordinate with the operations manager to set customers SLAs, KPIs, and process flows to complete the customer proposal in the best way for the customer & the company.
15.Prepare the Logistics MPR, revenue and profit analysis to monitor product performance and report to management.
16.Monitor closely the production of every customer to notice any drops or increases in the production to take needed action accordingly.
17.Provide the needed technical help to the sales team.
18.Build market knowledge about market size, regulations, stakeholders, prices, competitions and market segments to help penetrate the market aggressively.
BASIC/ JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
2.Master’s Degree in Business or Transportation/Logistics Management is a PLUS
3.English Proficiency
4.MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)

Build credibility and trust with key HCP and KOLs, manage key decision takers of top hospitals, coordinate cross-functional teams for key customers
-Plan, manage & monitor A&P budget:
To optimize regional cost effectiveness, maximize ROI and efficiency of all company resources e.g. Investments in key-accounts
-Be an active member of the National Medical Sales Leadership team:
Participate actively in team meetings & share best practices also cross-functionally, contribute pro-actively to National Medical Sales strategy and tactics, take leadership in solution building, demonstrates ownership for team decisions
