Job Description

Performs a variety of communications and information management (IM) tasks and activities, site mapping, extraction of Web trends, Site Ray, and Bright cove data.

Work closely with MI specialist, Senior MI specialist, CMS team, and Tech team to maximize traffic to Publishing-managed websites. Report to manager, Digital Publishing (DP) to implement MI strategy to facilitate customer commercialization, in accordance with Global Publishing Services’ DP strategy.

Ensure best practice Web Trends implementation and reporting. This includes the tagging and content optimization of assets within the Global Publishing Services’ DP work streams to improve visits to websites and the quality of web content. Will be in charge of production quality checking of deliverables prior to release to clients.
