تسجيل تقرير كشف عدد الرحلات لكل سائق سيارة يوميا.
مسؤولية استيفاء توقيع العميل للاوردارات.
الالتزام بالتعامل اللبق مع العملاء والحفظ على رضائهم إلى جانب عدم  التهاون في وقت السيارات    في المواقع.
مسؤولية توقيع الانصراف والحضور لسائقي السيارات .
تنظيم العمل بالحركة لسهولة الصيانة المطلوبة حسب خطة الصيانة الأسبوعية والشهرية والسنوية وذلك لأعدادها وتجهيزاها بصورة جيدة.
