- إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والسنوية للمديرين ومجلس الإدارة ومراجع الحسابات الخارجي.
- متابعة الحسابات البنكية ومراجعة كشوف الحسابات.
- متابعة الإيرادات ومراجعة ورودها ومستنداتها.
- متابعة الالتزامات المالية تجاه الجهات المانحة والممولين وإعداد التقارير المالية الخاصة بذلك.
- توثيق الأعمال المحاسبية والعمل مع محاسب المؤسسة بشكل وثيق.

- تصميم القواعد واللوائح المالية بما يحقق أفضل درجة من الأداء الإداري والمالي.
المؤهلات والصفات المطلوبة:
- شهادة جامعية في المحاسبة وخبرة عملية لا تقل عن خمسة أعوام في نفس المجال.
- خبرة في العمل مع ميزانيات المؤسسات غير الهادفة للربح، ونظمها المحاسبية.
- الإلمام أو الرغبة في المعرفة بالأطر القانونية للإدارة المالية للأعمال غير الربحية.
- إجادة تامة للغتي العربية والإنجليزية كتابة ومحادثه، يعد الإلمام باللغة الفرنسية ميزة إضافية.
- إتقان البرامج المحاسبية الإلكترونية، مع خبرة سنة على الأقل في العمل على أحد هذه البرامج والأفضلية لمن لديه دراية ببرنامجQuickBooks .
- إتقان التعامل مع الكمبيوتر ببرامجه المختلفة.
- القدرة المميزة على الإدارة وتنظيم الوقت.
- القدرة على التفكير المنطقي واتخاذ القرارات والعمل بشكل فردى وفي إطار مجموعه بشكل خلاق.
